How are you like when you fail, make mistakes, experience rejection, and encounter hardships in life?

If the things you are saying to yourself, a friend says to you, would you want that friend around?

The world we live in....

Understanding our inner, shadow self

In a world where there are constant pressures to do better, achieve more, and be extraordinary, we live our lives carrying a heavy burden on our shoulders. There are so many rules, regulations, expectations, and norms to adhere to. Over time, it starts pushing us down.

There are comments and criticisms about how we look, our personalities, our behaviors, our level of performance, our accomplishments, success or lack of,  and the list could go on and on.

There are expectations of what our present and future selves should look like, and be like. Your family, culture, or society perhaps originally set these expectations, but over the years, they have been internalized and reinforced by the media.

You may even have internalized the idea that you need to work extra hard to succeed and constantly push yourself to get there. Or perhaps the pressure gives you anxiety and makes it difficult to get your tasks done effectively.

It can feel so isolating when you have all these thoughts on your mind that are not leading you anywhere, and you struggle to find helpful outcomes.

Somewhere in you, you know that there is more to life than self-loathing, constant pressures, anxiety, frustrations, failures, and mistakes. That clarity, solutions, happiness, success, joy, excitement, peace, and purpose also exist.

Allow me to support you to gain healthier coping mechanics where you can have a healthier inner relationship, learn to challenge limiting beliefs, become grounded in the present, improve relationships with others, become aligned with your strengths and values, and discover meaning and purpose of your life.

You can rewrite your story.

Understanding and applying the three fundamental aspects of self-compassion will begin to change your life:
